    $25 advance / $35 at gate, buy online at the locations shown, or from any local band playing

     

    GATES

    Gates open at 10am Thursday Aug 18 and close at 1pm Sunday Aug 21.

     

    Event Rules and Requirements

    This is an 18 and older event.Everyone attending must be at least 18yrs of age or older. Some form of picture ID will be required to enter.

    No pets allowed. This includes dogs, cats, horses and such. If you have questions about this or do not see you type of pet listed, message us.

    Free tent camping. This is rustic tent camping. There is very few power hook ups available *see the camping section for more info. Buses, motor homes and campers are allowed, but there will be a $10 surcharge for the space they take up. More information on buses, motor homes and campers is included below.

    BYOB to the campground. There is NO GLASS BOTTLES allowed. Anyone who shows up with glass bottle will have to forfeit them at the entrance gate or not be allowed in. All vehicles entering the property will be searched for glass, fireworks and weapons.

    No weapons allowed. This includes knives, guns, bats, brass knuckles, Justin Beiber CDs, pepper spray, billy clubs and such. All weapons will be confiscated at the gate, except the Justin Beiber CDS which will just be thrown out in the street.

    No fireworks allowed.

    Rain or shine event. There will not be refunds given and the show will not be canceled because of thunderstorms. We are doing a wet t-shirt contest each night. If those girls can handle getting wet, so can you.

    Personal cameras are allowed. Video recorders must be check in with staff if you want to use them and keep them.

    People attending are not allowed to walk around picking up returnable cans. This is part of the cleaning crews payment. People picking up returnables will have them confiscated and be asked to leave. Obviously there is a difference between your own and other peoples.

    If you are asked to leave the event, please do so. Our intention is not to ever have anyone locked up. Do not force us to have to do it to you.

     

    Band & Performer Requirements

    • Bands must check in with the stage managers 3 hours prior to their set. They are the ones wearing Carnival of Chaos shirts that say “Stage Crew”. Bands who do not check in risk losing their spot on the show to an alternate band.

    • Band members must keep their stage pass on them at all times. If you lose one you are fucked!!!

    • Bands members will only be allowed back stage on the days they are playing

    • Band members must be near the stage and ready to load on 1hr prior to their set in case times run ahead a little. Bands must promptly change over or risk losing set time.

    • Stage hands must be made aware of any props or additional stage performers 2 hrs prior to you set.

     

    Camping

    • There are limited electrical hook ups for $50 per day to run lights etc. You must set these arrangements up with the Carnival of Chaos ahead of time. Feel free to message us. We will get back with you within a few days. There is no dump station.

    • Campers are liable for their own property. If you are leaving your campsite unattended, please lock up valuable belongings.

    • Keep your campsite some what clean. If it is getting way to thrash filled, you will be asked to clean it up or leave.

    • When you leave your campsite for good, please clean it the fuck up. If we have to spend shit tons extra to hire extra cleaning crews after the show, the following years tickets will have to increase.


    Vendors

    • The Venue will be handling all food and beverage vending. Please do not contact about food vending.

    • Vending spots range in price. Prices are based on what the vendor is selling. Please feel to contact us with any questions or interests in vending. The sooner you contact us the better.

    • Vendors must have vending passes on them. These must be worn at all times.

    • Vendors must have everyone working for them pre-approved. If they aren’t on a preshow list, they aren’t getting in to work.
